There are many places you can go to play and have fun. Some highlights of these principles follow. Our group principles are the defining facets of what makes our group as solid as it is. No one is locked into only one role or job, and everyone is encouraged to develop their skills across the broad range of possibilities our community offers. But we also allow other opportunities for fun and open gameplay to be had, and doing this allows our mission makers a great deal of creativity in their craft. Armed Forces, using all manner of weapons, vehicles, and gear available similarly to what they would use in real life. That said, we employ elements such as static in-game structures, out-of-game roleplaying elements like "deployments" and rank formality to achieve a great deal of uniformity and realism to our gameplay. We deliberately avoid many of what we see as undesirable trappings of "hardcore milsim", eschewing things like strict time requirements, unneccessary 'physical' training, and things such as "standing at attention" for hours on end. When you break it down, "pragmatic" stands toe-to-toe with it to ensure that everything we do is oriented towards making the most enjoyable experience possible for our memberbase and make it work for the game we play, while "realism" reflects our emphasis on game-adapted, rooted-in-realism tactics, techniques, and procedures, as well as our maturity and collective attitude,
